The products below have been used by my patients and thus are suggested for their usefulness and quality supporting you during your recovery.
Assistive Devices
- Option aside from crutches or knee scooter for mobility while you are not walking on your extremity as it heals.

 - Allows to weight bear on the injured extremity without crutches and frees your hands. Ability to balance is important to use this product.
 
Surgical Boot, Shoes & Braces
- Short CAM (Controlled Ankle Motion) boot that is often used for both nonoperative and operative patients.
 - Tall CAM (Controlled Ankle Motion) boot that is often used for both nonoperative and operative patients.
 - Used for Achilles Rehab. A more expensive option then CAM boot & wedges but is a option.
 - Postoperative shoe that offloads the forefoot, used for toe fractures and after MIS Bunion procedures.
 - Used for the other foot when using a CAM boot to “balance” your walking / gait since the boot has a thick sole.
 - Used for functional Achilles Rehab Protocol for both surgical and nonsurgically treated Achilles injuries./li>
 - Ankle brace that is often used in my practice. Of all the numerous braces on the market this one has the best track record of providing stability.
 
Post Surgical Supplementals
- Great method of elevating the foot & ankle after a procedure or from injury. Handles make easy for adjusting and carrying.
 - Waterproof covering option for ankle / foot post surgically.

 - Option to use after foot & ankle surgery for RICE (ie, rest, ice, compression, elevation)
 - Lanolin is an excellent source to use for scars after surgery.
 - Great for reducing scars, keloids and hypersensitivity / paresthesias after surgery
 
Shoe Inserts & Shoes
- Good over the counter orthotic for forefoot pain.
 - Good over the counter orthotic for foot pain for people with flatfoot.
 - Good over the counter orthotic for foot pain for people with high arched foot (ie, Cavus foot).
 - HOKA are shoes that many patients of mine use due to the extra cushioning, midfoot support and slight rocker bottom.
 
Foot Pads & Splints
- Used for neuromas, metatarsalgia and forefoot pain.
 - Bunion spacers that alleviates pain from bunion deformities.
 - Splint for hammertoes.
 - Padding for hammertoes.
